# Running Interval
The Running Interval Action
The Running Interval Action is one of our favorite Actions! We think it's extremely powerful. It can be used to calculate simple things like 30 days running profit, but also other way cooler things such as a delayed customer acquisition cost metric. We admit that working with it the first couple of times can be slightly complex. The video below gives a short introduction.
