Customer.io

💪 Difficulty: medium

Time to complete: approx. 5-10 minutes

💬 Description

Customer.io is an event-based marketing automation platform that can send newsletters, text messages, emails and push notification based on events, triggers and customer segmentation. We can extract newsletters, campaigns, segments and performance from Customer.io

🤑 Use Case

The first step could be to have transparency along with all your other marketing efforts. Maybe you wanna track which of your email campaigns drives most conversions. Or continuously see the difference in open rates, click-throughs, etc. between customers and non-customers. A more advanced use case could be to combine your entire marketing funnel and traction in a single overview.
